aerobook is a proprietary, AI-driven flight discovery and curation platform. Our platform analyzes aviation data, pricing trends, and passenger comfort metrics to present users with a curated selection of up to six (6) flight options matching the user’s destination, origin, and date criteria.

2. Use of Our Service & AI Recommendations

• Curated Options: Our AI algorithm ("Aero-Intelligence") generates recommendations based on real-time data and historical trends. While we strive to present optimal flight itineraries, aerobook does not guarantee that our "Top 6" selections encompass every available flight on the market or the absolute lowest price in existence.
• Accuracy of Data: Flight schedules, seat availability, baggage fees, and pricing are supplied in real-time by third-party APIs and are subject to rapid change. We do not guarantee the availability or price stability of any flight listed until your booking is confirmed with the respective Travel Provider.
• User Conduct: You agree to use the Service only for legitimate, personal flight searches. You may not use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract data or interact with our curation engine without prior written consent.

3. Bookings and Third-Party Links

• Redirection to Travel Providers: When you select a flight on aerobook.io, you may be redirected to a third-party Travel Provider to complete your transaction.
• Third-Party Terms: Any purchase or booking you make is made directly with the Travel Provider and is subject to that provider's terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund rules.
• No Responsibility for Carrier Actions: aerobook is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, or customer service disputes arising from your contracts with third-party carriers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, user interface, design, proprietary algorithms, and branding (including the "aerobook" name, logos, and "Rule of Six" technology) are and will remain the exclusive property of aerobook Inc. and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall aerobook Inc., its founders, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Travel interruptions, missed connections, or canceled flights;
• Errors or omissions in curated flight details or pricing data;
• Unanticipated delays or losses resulting from your reliance on our AI recommendations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
